1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Wasatch Peptide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use this website.

2. Eligibility and Intended Use

You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally authorized to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction. All products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, cosmetic use, or therapeutic use.

By creating an account, placing an order, or accepting checkout terms, you certify that you are acting as a qualified researcher and will not repackage, relabel, resell, or market products for prohibited use.

3. Order Accuracy and Compliance

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate customer, shipping, and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at any time for suspected fraud, compliance concerns, pricing errors, stock discrepancies, duplicate abuse, or legal risk.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Verification

Prices, shipping rates, and promotions may change without notice. The payment methods available at checkout may vary and are subject to these terms when offered:

• Card.Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged once the order is confirmed. If the card is declined or an item is no longer available, you are not charged. Card details are entered into our payment gateway's secure fields; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Bank transfer (ACH).You authorize a one-time debit from your bank account for the order total and link the account through our payment processor's secure bank-login service. Bank payments typically take 1–5 business days to clear, and the order ships only after the payment clears. If the debit is returned or fails, the order is not fulfilled.
• Cryptocurrency. Processed through a third-party crypto payment processor. The invoice amount is valid for a limited time, and the payment is confirmed only after the processor reports it complete. Underpaid or expired invoices are not confirmed.
• Zelle or Cash App. Sent by you using your order number as the payment note, and confirmed only after Wasatch Peptide manually verifies receipt.

Orders are not paid or final until payment is confirmed: at checkout for an approved card payment, and after the payment clears or is verified for bank transfer, cryptocurrency, Zelle, and Cash App. We may request additional verification for identity, billing, or order legitimacy prior to fulfillment, and we may cancel any order under Section 3, with refunds handled under our Refund Policy.

Charges appear on your statement under our billing descriptor. If you do not recognize a charge or debit, contact support@wasatchpeptide.net before disputing it with your card issuer or bank.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer systems, exploit discount or affiliate programs, submit false information, or engage in any unlawful or abusive conduct. Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and reporting to applicable authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and site functionality are the property of Wasatch Peptide or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wasatch Peptide and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or claims arising from purchase, possession, handling, storage, shipment, or misuse of products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wasatch Peptide from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of products.
