1. Processing Timeline
Orders enter processing only after manual payment verification. Processing time can vary based on order volume, payment confirmation timing, holidays, weather, and carrier service conditions.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds displayed at checkout apply at the time the order is submitted. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and carriers for safety, compliance, and delivery reliability.
3. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details. Wasatch Peptide is not responsible for losses, delays, or carrier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
4. Tracking and Delivery Events
Tracking and shipment status emails are generated through our shipping workflow provider. Carrier scan events, transit updates, delays, and final delivery confirmations are controlled by the carrier and may update asynchronously.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the package is accepted by the carrier. For lost or delayed packages, we will assist with carrier claims where possible but do not guarantee carrier outcomes.
6. International and Restricted Areas
Shipping availability may be limited based on destination restrictions, legal requirements, or carrier limitations. Orders to restricted jurisdictions may be canceled and refunded at our discretion before fulfillment.
