Refund Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

All orders are final sale. Refunds, returns, credits, and exchanges are not available once payment is confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds for delayed delivery, carrier disruptions, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, dissatisfaction unrelated to fulfillment errors, or misuse of products.

3. Damage or Fulfillment Issues

If your order arrives materially damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact support@wasatchpeptide.net within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of packaging and contents, and a clear issue description.

4. Investigation and Resolution

We review all claims case-by-case and may request additional documentation. If approved, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Cash refunds are only issued where legally required.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account restrictions and order cancellation. We reserve all rights to dispute fraudulent or abusive payment reversals and recover associated costs.
